Rating :  - defective product, difficult to return -- cost hours
Advertised as a tilting monitor, i checked with a salesman on phone who assured me it could be swiveled all the way. i was on writing deadline and needed it quickly. when monitor did not swivel at all, i called to find out how to return it. was told i would have to pay big restocking fee. i decided to try to use it as is, being in such a hurry. it did not work, turned itself off after a minute. it was defective. i am very experienced with monitors, this one was broken. ensuing battle with snooty returns departments, reboxing, sending, took hours. bought one at office depot for less money that works perfectly.
do not recommend buying from this outfit. they did refund my money with a note insisting the monitor DID work. they will sell it to someone else and have the same song and dance.
